A Brief Introduction to Bilingual Nursing Education Association of China

英语护理专业教育研究会是以促进护理教育改革,培养适应改革开放,对外能够从事交流合作的护理人才为宗旨的群众性学术团体.

Bilingual Nursing Education Association of China is a mass academic group whose tenet is promoting the innovation of nursing education,training the nurses with the ability of international communication.

创办英语护理专业的学校由1985年武汉卫校一所,1989年西安,承德卫校3所,发展到目前遍布全国23个省市自治区的57所学校.在校生万余名.英语护理专业的学制由由单一的中专发展为大专为主,部分院校还创办了英护本科.

Bilingual Nursing Education has been steadily developing in China since 1985 the esablishment of the first class of English for nursing at Wuhan Health School, and then at Xi`an Health School in Shanxi Province and Chengde Health School in Hebei Province.Now there are 57 schools that run English for nursing education in 23 provinces, and more than 10 thousand students.

With the development in quantity,the level of Engish nursing education from the single level of secondary technique education to multi-level,including three-years and four-years college.

实习基地建设
理论与实践相结合,培养学生使之成为初步具有独立工作能力的护理工作者,使她们进入社会,融入社会,服务社会是研究会追求的目标.

实习与带教是研究会重要工作和研究课题
经过十多年的实践和探索,编写了<英护实习指导>.安排了专职英语教师带教.

研究会和各校不懈地努力得我国众多著名医院的理解和支持.

目前,已经在协和,北京大学(人民医院,三院,肿瘤医院,口腔医院,306医院,首钢医院,矿务局医院,深圳中心医院等)解放军301医院,304医院,深圳第二人民医院,深圳儿童医院建立了实习点和实习基地.

研究会通过各种活动鼓励护士生恪守南丁格尔精神,全心全意为病人服务.
